Summary: We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with hands-on experience in Tableau and/or ThoughtSpot to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytics solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building self-service analytics, semantic layers, and enterprise dashboards that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities:- BI & Dashboard Development Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or ThoughtSpot. Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions with clear visualizations. Optimize dashboard performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness across large datasets. Build and maintain semantic layers, hierarchies, and calculation logic for analytics consumption. Data Analysis & Integration Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate multiple data sources into dashboards. Validate data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports. Support data modeling and aggregation in the semantic layer for improved analytics performance. Collaboration & Support Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and prioritize analytics needs. Conduct user training and documentation for dashboards and BI tools. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing dashboards and reporting solutions. Professional & Technical Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in BI/dashboard development using Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar BI tools. Strong expertise in semantic layer modeling, hierarchies, calculated fields, and data aggregations. Hands-on experience with SQL to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources. Familiarity with data warehouses or cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, Azure Synapse). Knowledge of dashboard design best practices, visualization principles, and UX. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions. Nice to Have Experience with Python or R for data preparation or analytics enhancement. Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration. Exposure to Power BI, Qlik, or other BI tools. Understanding of data governance, security, and access control in BI tools. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams. Detail-oriented and quality-focused with a user-centric approach. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Large Language Models. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
