 A bit about the role: 

• Start date: 12th January 2026 

• Base salary: $68,340 + Super + Bonuses + Shift loading 

• Full time Permanent role – Rotating roster 

• Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm 

• Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm 

• Location: West Perth or Joondalup – You choose!

What you’ll do: 

• Engage daily with 50-60 members over the phone to understand their needs. assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services. 

• Offer tailored solutions that make their lives easier. 

• Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members 

• Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members 

• Smash your sales targets and celebrate your wins. 

• Be part of a team that supports and motivates each other. 

What we’re looking for: 

• A natural communicator with a positive attitude. 

• Goal-driven and excited by the idea of earning commission. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, contact centre environment. 

• Previous sales experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
