We’re hiring: Global Markets Sales (Entry-Level)

MUFG Manila is looking for fresh graduates to join our Global Markets Sales team—supporting our sales traders today and developing into one in the future.

This is a strong entry point into financial markets, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to FX and derivatives while working with Japanese and global corporate clients.

Who we’re looking for:

• Graduate of Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related courses
• Strong interest in financial markets and client engagement
• Analytical, curious, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

What you’ll do:

• Support Sales in delivering and executing  FX and derivatives solutions to corporate clients
• Provide market updates and insights to internal teams and clients
• Work closely with internal stakeholders both locally and across the region
• Build the foundation to grow into a Sales Trader role

What you bring:

• Strong interest in financial markets (FX, rates, derivatives)
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and client-focused
• High level of integrity and awareness of compliance standards
