Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $19.90 - $29.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Responsible for the detailed coordination of the flow of vehicles between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet requirements of clients in support of the business operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Serves as Logistics point of contact for a number of auction locations.

  • Develops working relationships with auction representatives, dealers, commercial consignors and vendors.

  • Quotes prices and sells Logistics services to dealers purchasing vehicles in the lanes at assigned auctions.

  • Fields inbound calls and emails

  • Works directly with auction customers to expedite and process logistics needs.

  • Provides updates to customers on status of orders.

  • Uses problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, escalating difficult issues that arise.

  • Prioritizes daily tasks and completes tasks in an accurate and efficient manner.

  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with the various departments supporting the overall business / Logistics process

  • Working directly with auction customers to expedite and process transportation needs

  • Updating customers on the status of transportation orders

  • Hearing and working collaboratively to resolve customer issues

  • Prioritizing daily tasks and completing tasks in an accurate and effective manner

  •  Assists with special projects as assigned.

Minimum: 

  • A high school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • The ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
