ABOUT THE ROLE:
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct activities that have significant impact to the achievement of results for Livramedom and for the broader CC/HSG function. Manages a larger team of leaders managing multiple teams. Developing short and mid-term ( 1-3 year ) strategies and the operation of longer-term strategies (3-5 years).
- Direct responsibility for the day-to-day Livramedom service including the pick pack and warehousing/logistics/supply chain, and the customer service operations.
- Direct management of most senior leadership in Livramedom including logistics, Customer Service, Finance, and sales.
- Overall leadership of a teams within Livramedom
- Shared responsibility with the BUs for the field nursing teams, the marketing team, the CIC/Me+ team and the human resources team. Subject to further review, dedicated headcount may be added for marketing, human resources, data analysis and IT.
- Accountable for driving higher productivity and service levels into Livramedom. Service and efficiency must be maximized but within agreed (higher) gross profit% and EBIT% targets. Recommend key programs and strategies to drive such efficiencies and service levels across the network.
- Work to drive down service complaint levels across the whole organization. Implement, embrace, and boost Net Promoter Score (NPS). Drive a learning culture where great service increases and complaint levels drop.
- Develop a culture to empower with decision authority those closest to the customer or the order. Enact the concept of “State your intent” deep into the organization based on qualified insight and judgement.
- Maximize the capabilities and resources from 180 Medical in the U.S. Leverage the US HSG leadership team to assist with the Associate Directors.
- Ensure effective ongoing communication within Livramedom, across BUs, and with the US HSG
- Become entrenched in the manufacturer relationships to ensure best discounts and rebates to improve the overall gross margin within the group.
ABOUT YOU:
Qualifications/Education:
- Must have a high school diploma, college degree preferred.
- Must be bilingual and fluent in both French and English.
- Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant experience in a fast paced, DTC supply chain.
- Experience of leading telephone-based customer service teams.
- Experience of working within a Dispensing Appliance Contactor (aka DME).
- Use intuition and experience to effectively interpret data and know what to do with it
- Able to visualize current problems as well as potential problems and provides solutions to said problems
- Be able effectively communicate with customers, resolve problems, and conduct damage control when necessary
- Be capable of promoting a team atmosphere without compromising end results
- Able to read, write, and interpret written information at an advanced level
- Prioritize and plan work activities; Use time efficiently.
- Meet productivity standards; complete work in timely manner; Strive to increase productivity.
- Observe safety and security procedures; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly.
- Significant overnight travel will be required.
- Solid and proven leadership capabilities.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities.

- Strong process and numerical skills with a keen analytical approach.
