The Global Sales Enablement team is dedicated to equipping our sales teams & leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes the delivery of our Global Sales Enablement Strategy aimed at cultivating a high-performance sales culture. The Trainer will be responsible for delivery training sessions, creating training materials in coordination with subject matter experts, provide expertise and direction for training requests, and be a resource for all sellers within their region. As a sales expert with a deep background in prospecting, sales engagement, negotiation, sales management, and sales enablement, this person will help reps master the art of selling. In this role, this person will work closely with subject matter experts (SME), sales leaders, and other support teams to create compelling training sessions and content. As a lively speaker and teacher, this person will oversee onboarding new hires, upskilling sessions for managers, sales development sessions for various sales roles, and product updates in conjunction with product SMEs. The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic on-camera presence and engaging speaker with a wealth of knowledge about sales and go-to-market topics.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement
Minimum 1 year of experience in the digital advertising or marketing industry
Full professional English proficiency
Regional JPN, LATAM, GCR/SG:
 

Proven ability to create sales process, methodology or upleveling training sessions from topic identification through delivery.
Engaging and strong on-camera presence
Experience with sales organizations operating in a virtual environment
Effective presentation skills with the ability to own a room and influence sellers
Strong public speaking skills with proven ability to deliver materials clearly and effectively
Presentation design skills with proven examples of clear, concise and engaging training decks or modules
Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders and subject matter experts
Certifications or degrees in adult learning, public speaking, instructional design, sales training or similar preferred
Experience working with LMS software such as Docebo

Experience working with project management software such as Asan
