As a Senior Operations Manager at ADEF, you will lead our manufacturing efforts in a rapidly growing value stream while providing meaningful input to drive smart business processes. A successful Senior Manager will work with and influence cross-functional teams, identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies, support industrial capability and capacity assessments. This role will also lead business reviews and manage relationships ensuring continuity of supply and quality of product. This role is based in Chelmsford, MA and is fully onsite, responsible for day-to-day operations at the site.
In addition to promoting an unwavering commitment to excellence for self and team, a successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, act in a manner consistent with good leadership, and have relevant manufacturing experience. This candidate should be detailed oriented and forward thinking, have a prior working knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma manufacturing concepts, MES & ERP systems, make data driven decisions, act intentionally, and have the ability to navigate competing priorities. This position will be responsible for working directly with manufacturing supervisors and various cross-functional support teams.
