Overview:

To oversee the production and merchandising of product, providing customers with the best quality of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products, ensuring courteous timely customer service, while achieving maximum sales and profit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
  • To order all Pane Fresco Rotisserie products and supplies and oversee the production and merchandising of product, as per the Fortino’s Health Code;
  • To be responsible for organizing and setting up the department, maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring proper signage is made up and put up correctly;
  • To schedule, direct and supervise all Pane Fresco Rotisserie staff to secure department efficiencies;
  • To interview and select new hires, and train new employees;
  • To maximize sales and gross profit, ensuring sales’ goals and budgets are met;
  • To ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the department, as per Company Policy;
  • To respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times; other duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the hot foods industry, with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience in either a restaurant or fast food operation;
  • Previous managerial experience and knowledge of production schedules is a definite asset;
  • Food Handlers Certification would be an asset;
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure;
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
