Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead QARA-led projects and support enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating QARA’s compliance deliverables. You will ensure the right QARA stakeholders are engaged and that regulatory requirements are integrated into project execution.

This is a QARA Transformation & Delivery role, focused on ensuring QARA deliverables and regulatory compliance are embedded in all QARA-led and enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned QARA-led projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

• Coordinate QARA’s contribution to enterprise projects, ensuring compliance-critical deliverables are met.

• Define project scope, objectives, and business case in alignment with QARA and enterprise strategic priorities.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and compliance requirements, escalating as required.

• Engage QARA SMEs and functional experts at the right time to meet project milestones.

• Coordinate with change management leads to drive QARA stakeholder readiness and adoption.

• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

• Ensure effective transition of QARA deliverables into BAU operations, including documentation and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ project management experience in regulated industries.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects independently.

• Strong analytical, planning, and risk management skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience in healthcare, medtech, or other highly regulated sectors.
