Job Description Summary

We are looking for Summer Intern - Order Fulfillment and Materials Specialist to our team in Helsinki, Finland who will be responsible for all aspects of daily order fulfillment and its communication to the regions. The Order fulfillment specialist is working with the region order management teams and the Frankfurt Distribution Center to provide availability information and to ensure that the orders are shipped on time. The Order fulfillment specialist is also supporting solving the material incoming issues.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• ERP system transactions: reservations and pick-releases

• Communication by MyO system, and email (global stakeholders)

• Co-operation with external warehouse service provider, and materials planning team

• Planning and fulfillment team daily and weekly std work

• Materials orders to distribution center
