Job Tittle - Lead Software Engineer 

Build a data platform to support Asset Management’s data analytics and discovery needs. If you have a passion for working with data using multiple new technologies on the cloud, this might be the right opportunity for you! 

The Purpose of Your Role 

The Lead Software Engineer with expertise and experience in development using oracle , Automation Engineering, Database Testing and hands-on development exposure on Automation Tools. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of requirements, following Fidelity standard methodologies

• Prepare test plan and review with the project team 

• Building quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and standard methodologies to solve business problems by driving design, development and ongoing support. 

• Work with our distributed team and provide technical direction in building solutions. 

• Actively participating in sharing knowledge sessions, code and design reviews etc 

The Skills that are Key to this role 

• You know Analysis, Design, Estimation and Development of the database components 

• You have Strong in depth Oracle 11g database, ETL, Informatica hands on knowledge 

• You have Strong communication skills to manage various partners in India as well as in US 

• You are Thorough with data modeling and database designs.  

• You have Excellent development skills that provide outstanding database solutions. 

• You are Strong inclination to make things happen the first time within the defined quality framework. 

• You have to Collaborate with peers and superiors on process improvement ideas 

• You know Oracle 11g 

• You know ETL 

• You know Informatica 

• You know MS SQL Server 

• You know Unix and Shell scripting basics 

• You know Job Scheduling Technologies like Autosys 

• You know Agile methodologies or iterative development processes 

• You know Acceptance test driven development a plus.

The Expertise We’re Looking For  

• BE/MCA 

• 4+ years of industry experience
