Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise service management data, ensuring its quality and integrity.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards.
• Discuss with IT and business units to understand data usage and implications for data quality.
• Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Create and generate operational reports – inclusive of Integer, partners and vendors - where needed.
• Facilitate data cleansing and enrichment activities to maintain high data standards.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on data governance best practices.
• Work with data architects and IT teams to ensure that data management practices align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field is preferred but not required.
• A detail oriented individual focused on data quality and governance.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with enterprise service management tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
