The opportunity:

Be a critical contributor to Deliver on AIAs purpose, Future Fit vision and strategy by partnering with Technology and Business teams to establish continuous improvement of AIAs Group Client and Member facing assets.

The Digital Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end management and continuous improvement of AIA’s Group Client and Member facing assets through the shaping, developing and delivering the propositions roadmap. This role ensures all group requirements are met—ensuring quality requirements, engaging the right teams, securing sign-off, and managing due diligence. This role collaborates with CX, Digital design, analytics, technology, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and user-centric digital experiences.

This is for Melbourne or Sydney.

To do this successfully you will have:

  • Min 5+ years digital and omni channel experience, preferably with a background in insurance/financial services, or other related industries
  • Strong digital product knowledge with proven experience in development and management of successful digital and online solutions
  • Experience in B2B collaborations working with multiple external clients
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Have demonstrated experience in digitisation of business processes
  • Experience in product development and product lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools to generate insights
  • Experience operating with a high degree of collaboration, proactivity, innovation and the ability interact directly across all levels
  • Solid background in digital products including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Partner with the Delivery team to deliver on our Client roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
  • Accountable for capturing, documenting, and managing all group requirements.
  • Engage relevant departments and stakeholders at the appropriate stages to ensure requirements are comprehensive and aligned.
  • Lead the process for obtaining sign-off and conducting due diligence on all requirements.
  • Proactively engage UX/UI teams at the right time to ensure user-centric design is embedded in all products.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data and insights are integrated into product features and decision-making.
  • Engagement metrics relating to online usage, conversion and optimisation
  • Achievement of client and member engagement measures
  • Reduction in member complaints
  • Successful stakeholder engagement
