業務内容

Digital Makering サービス部門のソリューションアーキテクト(SA)は、主にSalesforceのB2C関連ソリューションである「Marketing Cloud」「Personalization」 「「Data Cloud」の①アドバイザリー ②導入支援 ③運用支援における技術的なコンサルティング業務を提供します。

ソリューションアーキテクト(SA)は、経験豊富な技術コンサルタントとして、お客様・パートナーまたは弊社のマーケティングコンサルタントとコミュニケーションを行い、お客様の目標・要件を理解して、それを実現するためソリューションの定義・文書化を行います。作成したソリューションを元に、お客様・パートナーまたは弊社のテクニカルアーキテクトと協業して、お客様の要件を確実に実装に落とし込みます。実装後は、お客様の運用トレーニングおよびビジネス効果を測定の仕組み作りなど通して、お客様のMarketing Cloudをの活用を持続的・継続的に行えるようにサポートします。

現状では主に以下の領域のB2Cソリューションのコンサルティング業務を行っています。

• (1) 「Data Cloud」を使用したデータ基盤に関する技術的なアドバイザリー・設計・実装・トレーニング・運用支援など
  • 業務遂行に求められる知見（入社後に身に着けるスキルも含む）
    • Data Cloudの製品知識
    • 連携先のデータレイク製品の基本知識 (AWS/GCS/Snowflake/DataBricksなど)
    • データ連携における基本知識
    • 技術スキル (SQL/JavaScript)
• (2) 「Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Enagagement / Marketing Cloud Growth・Advanced)」を使用したメール配信・SMS配信・アプリ配信・LINE配信に関連する技術的なアドバイザリー・設計・実装・トレーニング・運用支援など
  • 業務遂行に求められる知見（入社後に身に着けるスキルも含む）
    • Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Enagagement / Marketing Cloud Growth・Advanced)の製品知識
    • MAに関する基本知識 (各チャネルの配信)
    • 技術スキル (HTML/JavaScript/SQL/Webサービス)
• (3) 「Personalization (Marketing Cloud Personalization / Salesforce Personalization)」を使用したECサイト拡張(サイト収集・レコメンド追加など)の技術的なアドバイザリー・設計・実装・トレーニング・運用支援など
  • 業務遂行に求められる知見（入社後に身に着けるスキルも含む）
    • Personalization (Marketing Cloud Personalization / Salesforce Personalization)の製品知識
    • EC領域のWEBフロントに関する基本知識
    • 技術スキル (HTML/JavaScript(TypeScript)/DOMなど)
• (4) 上記ソリューションの効果測定を目的とした分析領域(Tableau / CRM Analytics)の技術的なアドバイザリー・設計・実装・トレーニング・運用支援など

    • 分析ツールの製品知識 (Tableau/CRM Analytics)
    • 分析に関する基本知識

特徴として、複数のチャネルに対するメッセージ配信を行うマルチチャネル、Salesforceの他領域のソリューション(Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Commerce Cloud/Experience Cloudなど)との連携によるクロスクラウド、分析ソリューション(Tableau/CRM Analytics/Datorama)との連携による効果測定など、比較的に難易度の高い設計・実装にチャレンジするプロジェクトが多いです。

必要なスキル

• 5年以上のシステム導入に関するコンサルティング経験
  • コンサルタントとして、外部のお客様に対してシステム導入に関する要件定義・設計・実装・運用までPJ全体を一気通貫で行った経験 または 上流工程の経験
• 顧客と円滑なコミュニケーションが行えるコミュニケーション能力・調整能力
• お客様の要件・ソリューションを文書化できる高いドキュメントスキル
• 新製品・機能アップデートに対応するための技術に対する強いキャッチアップ能力
• 流暢な日本語力 / 読み書きレベルが可能な英語力
• 学位または同等の関連職務経験
• 必要とされる最低限のテクニカルスキル

ワークスタイル

• 通常、1つのプロジェクトに対してプロジェクトマネージャ(PM) / ソリューションアーキテクト(SA) / テクニカルアーキテクト(TA)でチームを組んで対応します。
• ただし、アドバイザリー領域または案件の規模によっては、ソリューションアーキテクト(SA)単独で、PM/SA/TAを兼務する場合があります。
• 担当する案件の規模にもよりますが、複数のPJを同時に担当する場合が多くなります。
• お客様とは週1・2回のMTGによりPJを進行します。顧客常駐のケースはあまりありません。
• Salesforceのパートナーと比較してより高いサービス品質・差別化が求められます。
• 製品アップデートの頻度が高いため、高いキャッチアップ能力が必要となります。
