Digital Makering サービス部門のソリューションアーキテクト(SA)は、主にSalesforceのB2C関連ソリューションである「Marketing Cloud」「Personalization」 「「Data Cloud」の①アドバイザリー ②導入支援 ③運用支援における技術的なコンサルティング業務を提供します。
ソリューションアーキテクト(SA)は、経験豊富な技術コンサルタントとして、お客様・パートナーまたは弊社のマーケティングコンサルタントとコミュニケーションを行い、お客様の目標・要件を理解して、それを実現するためソリューションの定義・文書化を行います。作成したソリューションを元に、お客様・パートナーまたは弊社のテクニカルアーキテクトと協業して、お客様の要件を確実に実装に落とし込みます。実装後は、お客様の運用トレーニングおよびビジネス効果を測定の仕組み作りなど通して、お客様のMarketing Cloudをの活用を持続的・継続的に行えるようにサポートします。
現状では主に以下の領域のB2Cソリューションのコンサルティング業務を行っています。
特徴として、複数のチャネルに対するメッセージ配信を行うマルチチャネル、Salesforceの他領域のソリューション(Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Commerce Cloud/Experience Cloudなど)との連携によるクロスクラウド、分析ソリューション(Tableau/CRM Analytics/Datorama)との連携による効果測定など、比較的に難易度の高い設計・実装にチャレンジするプロジェクトが多いです。
