Job Purpose: Provide comprehensive support to the Synchronization License Administration team through the drafting of licenses, collections of outstanding payments, and the execution of special projects that advance the team’s objectives.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and issue synchronization licenses to customers upon completion of the sales process.
Assist with the collection of delinquent accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Who You Are:
Currently enrolled in a college or university.
Authorized to work in the United States.
An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong collaboration skills across team members, external partners, and senior management.
Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter, with the ability to manage tasks and deliver high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
Eager to learn and grow by engaging with processes, asking thoughtful questions, and executing responsibilities with positivity and care.
Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities with minimal disruption.
Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Microsoft Access and/or CRM systems are a plus.
Passionate about the music and entertainment industry, with a strong desire to build a career in the field.
Available for a standard 7.5-hour business workday, with the understanding that extended hours may be required to support evening and late-night events.
