Overview:
Work closely with the Bank partner to provide insurance solutions to customers and to achieve joint goals.
Manage Sales Team.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Understand overall vision and goals to execute and implement sales activities.
Work with Bank Partner to provide insurance solutions to customers and to achieve joint goals.
Build excellent relationship with branches to deliver top-notch service quality
Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from bank partner
Campaign management.
Day to Day Operations & Recruitment:
Align sales activity management with strategy to achieve business plan.
Ensure sales process quality to minimize fraud and customer complaints.
Manage overall manpower and resourcing plan based on sales KPIs.
Drive Sales and achieving assigned Sales targets
Support Sourcing & Selection and create a talent pipeline
Coaching & Leadership:
Provide necessary training/coaching and supervision to Insurance Specialists to ensure success of insurance sales at bank branches
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 8 years working experience in sales
Minimum 3 years’ experience at supervisory level
Experience in sales management, promotion, training & development; or other successful senior management experiences
Demonstrated experience in strategic implementation of distribution strategies would be an advantage
Demonstrated continuous growth and winning record in career.
Good understanding of business diversity
Proven ability to prospect, drive the sales process from plan to close
Basic understanding of insurance product features and design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and management competency
Strategic mindset, vision, and persistence. Being able to think beyond the status quo.
Good presentation and motivational skills
Persuasive and able to convey ideas, plus negotiation and influencing skills
Able to handle conflicts and be self-motivated in difficult situations
Tech-Savvy and advocates of digital tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Have experience in Insurance industry
Exceptional command in English, both verbal and written
