Position Overview

We're seeking a highly strategic, performance-driven Paid Media Manager to lead paid acquisition strategy across four brands within the VPS ecosystem. This role owns paid media strategy, performance, and optimization across approximately $22 million in annual digital revenue and $3.4 million in annual paid media investment, ensuring every marketing dollar contributes to profitable, sustainable growth.

This is not a campaign management role. We're looking for a performance marketer who has successfully rebuilt underperforming paid media programs, understands the mechanics behind Google Ads performance, and knows how to balance short-term revenue goals with long-term acquisition efficiency.

The ideal candidate is an expert in full-funnel paid media strategy, understanding when to invest in top-of-funnel demand generation versus bottom-of-funnel conversion campaigns and how attribution models should evolve accordingly. They recognize that Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta, SEO, CRO, Lifecycle Marketing, and Analytics work together as a single acquisition ecosystem and make investment decisions based on overall business impact—not channel-specific metrics.

Success in this role requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational excellence. This individual will diagnose performance issues, identify growth opportunities, communicate clear executive-level recommendations, and partner cross-functionally to maximize customer acquisition, marketing efficiency, and revenue growth.

Colibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description. Research has shown that women and people of color may be less likely to apply to jobs unless they feel they meet every qualification, and we want to actively combat this bias in our hiring process. If you're excited about the role and believe you have the skills and experience to contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply, even if your background doesn't align perfectly with every qualification listed. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we believe that diversity of perspectives and experiences is essential to our success. You may be just the right candidate for this role or another position within our organization. Don't hesitate to take the leap and apply today!
