Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Manager, Business Strategy will play a critical role for driving our long-term growth strategy. This role sits within the Strategy team and will work collaboratively with Analytics, Finance, Operations, Product, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be innovative, adaptable, strategic, and results oriented. This individual will have experience in business strategy, data analysis, finance, consulting, or operations.

Walmart+ InHome delivers fresh groceries from your local Walmart directly into your kitchen or garage fridge. Walmart+ InHome is currently live in several markets and expanding nationally. What You’ll Do
Execute Strategy Development - drive the development, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives that create sustainable long-term growth.
Own Business Performance - present Monthly Business Reviews on key strategic initiatives and Weekly Executive Reports on business performance.
Think Big - Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan and 5-Year Long Range Plan.
Using data to drive business decisions - perform deep-dives on customer cohorts and key metrics to provide insights into business performance.
Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and partners - work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives and communicate with influence and inspiration to garner commitment and action.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in strategy, finance, consulting, or analytics
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with a high attention to detail
Demonstrates creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, or adversity
Adapts to competing demands and shifting priorities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and excel under pressure
Updates knowledge and skills to handle new complexities, challenges, and responsibilities
Desire to stay on top of the market, emerging tech, customer trends, and competitors
Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent, often scrappy, problem-solving skills
Team player with integrity, dependability, and empathy

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
