Job Description Summary

Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of movie production? Sunbelt Rentals Film & TV ,previously known as William F White International Inc. , the largest movie equipment rental company, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join us. With offices across the country, Sunbelt Rentals Film & TV services productions of all sizes from coast to coast and houses an extensive state-of-the-art inventory. Our job is to help bring the magic of storytelling to life, by supporting our clients as their go-to Partners in Production.

To better serve the production industry’s growing ambitions, our Location Equipment Supply (LES) team is looking for the perfect candidate to join us in the role of Warehouse Associate. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Burnaby, BC and the general hours of work Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm with one hour unpaid lunch break). This position reports to the Field Operations Manager, LES Vancouver.

Responsibilities:

  • Pulling/staging orders; Load/unload trucks
  • Conducting vehicle pre/post trip inspections, escalating issues to manager as applicable
  • Clean/organize the warehouse and maintain inventory
  • Supporting inventory investigations as required, inspect products for defects and damages
  • Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (training and certification provided).
  • Repairing and setting up equipment
  • Assist other departments as needed

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours/shifts when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written communication & excellent interpersonal skills.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Actual Pay Range: $20.77-$22.00 per hour

Base Pay Range: $20.73 - 28.50
