We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing financial strategies, analyzing data and reports, and supporting decision-making to ensure the financial health and growth of our businesses in Brasil.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies for the cluster.
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and cash flow control.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecast future trends.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax laws.
- Collaborate with other teams to support business plans and initiatives.
- Oversee financial performance and reporting for the entire cluster.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager, preferably in a cluster or multi-unit environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software tools (e.g., Excel, ERP).
- Experience with implementation of ERP and/or other systems an advantage
