Position Overview
The Product Consultant is a senior, customer facing role responsible for guiding clients through product selection, technical considerations, and order execution within their assigned product category. This role blends product expertise, consultative selling, and operational precision to deliver an exceptional client experience from initial engagement through estimate and quote delivery.
Product Consultants are accountable for accurate estimating and/or quoting, clear communication, and smooth handoffs, working closely with Design Center leadership, Coordinators, Outside Sales, vendors, and operations teams. While category expertise may vary, the expectations for professionalism, ownership, and execution remain consistent across all Product Consultants.
