We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join the CFO organization of our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division in the US The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, assessment, with a particular focus in regulatory capital including Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) optimization. The candidate will oversee the regulatory capital budgeting and management process including the alignment of the business decision making process to optimize the Return on Capital, the development of new products under a capital optimization lenses and the management of CIB’s balance sheet to ensure that the RWAs of the division are optimized. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of regulatory capital frameworks, including the Basel rules, advanced financial expertise, deep understanding of CIB products (both in the banking and the markets books) exceptional leadership and persuasion abilities, and strong analytical skills.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
