What You’ll Do
The General Business MBA Rotational Program at Discover is an exciting 2 year rotational program with opportunities for highly motivated individuals who are interested in exploring a host of disciplines within Discover.
Participants can expect:
Rotations aimed at aligning personal talents with business initiatives
Challenging and impactful work assignments that support Discover’s strategic priorities and objectives

How You’ll Do It
Lead the development of a solution to a business problem utilizing strategic problem-solving techniques and thought leadership. Manage several different competing projects and priorities simultaneously.
Manage relationships with related business partners and ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner using a variety of techniques to understand key stakeholder concerns and gain buy-in.
Create content, develop rationale and deliver/ facilitate presentations to communicate initiative results and project proposals to both key stakeholders and leadership team.
Establish a strong understanding of the business and bring fresh ideas to improve processes and generate efficiencies with a strong customer focus throughout.
Identifies different sources and utilizes tools to manipulate data which can be used to achieve key insights and conclusions to determine business solutions.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (MBA)
4+ years of relevant full-time professional experience
Must have a graduation date between December 2024-June 2025

Ability to apply previous experience and knowledge to new situations and problems
Ability to operate as a team player

The base pay for this role is $127,000.00 annually. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
