The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager is our most sophisticated and senior individual contributor role, expected to be an expert in every facet of the Marketing lifecycle and all its core tenets of Partner Marketing. They possess autonomy, judgement, influence, and leadership skills, and are self-starters who are comfortable with ambiguity. With strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, they drive our most complex partner portfolios and/or entry into new spaces. They have a depth of understanding in partner marketing, including partnership marketing development and management, co-marketing campaign planning and execution, content marketing and creation, lead generation and conversion optimization, and marketing metrics and analytics.   They provide strategic guidance and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand market reach.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including key players, trends, and emerging opportunities; Identify and prioritize partner marketing opportunities that align with business objectives and goals. Lead initiatives to improve the Partner Marketing capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to enhance mutual growth and innovation.
  • Strong Organizational Agility & Influence: Leads through influence to drive results across multiple cross functional teams, expertly navigates sensitive or high-stake objections / concerns
  • Effective Communication: Persuasive and confident storyteller; presents effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Partnerships and Alliances team, sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner initiatives.
  • Demand Generation: Design and implement joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events with partners to drive demand generation, product awareness, and lead generation.
  • Performance Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, optimizing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the segment partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Sr. Partner Marketing Manager if your background includes:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry.
  • 6+ proven experience in partner marketing, campaign planning, content creation, and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Demand Generation Expertise: Strong experience in demand generation within the SaaS B2B industry.
  • Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ABM, digital marketing, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing initiatives that drive measurable results.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
