A Day in the Life

We are looking for someone for the Support Office position at our Kitting department, at the Kitting department we are creating customized kits meant for both clinics and hospitals, every Kit is meant for one surgery so behind every box we create there is a patient. This means we have a lot of responsibility to ensure the right Kit goes to the hospital and clinic in the right manner.

You will be working at the Heerlen III warehouse located on the medical campus at Trilandis. We work in a dayshift, working hours 09:00 until 17:30.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Releasing production orders
• Troubleshooting 
• Email communication with Sales representatives and Business Unit
• Reporting irregularities to Supervision
• Maintaining correct stock levels.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledge of warehouse processes
• Experience in a warehouse setting
• Quality mindset
• Knowledge of SAP WM system
• Pro-active mindset.
