Duties and Responsibilities:

As our Jira Solutions Specialist, you will:

• Partner with end users and mission leads to design, build, and refine EPMS solutions
• Automate and optimize workflows in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Evaluate licensing needs and drive annual sustainment planning
• Integrate best-in-class add-ons and plugins to elevate mission effectiveness
• Define security, change, release-management, and governance standards
• Author SOPs, technical documentation, and deliver engaging end-user training
• Operate independently, influencing project outcomes and operational success

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience. Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Hands on experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Deep understanding of DoD system-owner responsibilities
• Must have a current Top Secret SCI clearance.
• Sharp analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Commitment to current Air Force and/or INSCOM training

Preferred Experience/Skills

• 8+ years in IT, ideally within Air Force Intelligence

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
