POSITION SUMMARY

The job holder is responsible to assist for all HR functional/operation areas in a timely and constructive manner, to provide HR related Operation support as follows: any administration support for hands-on management of all recruitment processes including onboarding, recruiting coordination, supporting overall HR-related expenses, training and development program support. Support and follow-up on various HR admin and get involved in local HR related projects occasionally.

Maintains and updates personnel administration, including matters such as job changes and terminations in Workday and the HR shared folder, and is responsible for various governance-related administrative support, etc.

JOB NATURE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations

- Provide guidance to hiring managers on submitting job requisition requests through Workday and maintain and update the open positions list.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers, pre-screening candidate resumes, and ensuring timely submission of recruitment status reports to the Global Talent Acquisition team for regional alignment.

Responsible for Employee Life Cycle HR Process Support

- Administer all pre-hire procedures and documentation, support onboarding activities for new employees, and conduct both online and face-to-face orientation programs to facilitate seamless integration into the organization.

- Manage exit processes for departing employees, including coordination of necessary documentation, and processing offboarding activities in Workday and HR shared folders, ensuring compliance and record accuracy.

- Maintain and support records concerning changes in employee status, including the job requisitions, employee transitions, and terminations.

Learning, Development, and Employee Well-being

- Coordinate and manage statutory and local training programs by preparing venues, registering participants, ensuring access to learning materials, and scheduling attendees.

- Organize Employee Assistance Program (EAP) initiatives, well-being events, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) activities.

General HR Administration

- Receive employee and manager inquiries via ticketing system, email, phone, or live chat, and provide prompt, accurate resolutions at first contact. Conduct necessary investigations for complex cases and escalate to relevant HR process owners when appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent, in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist experience in multinational companies.
  • Strong Computer Skills Required; Workday or other HRIS experience a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and good teamwork
  • Good English skills in both written and spoken.
