Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate office supplies, travel arrangements, and other logistics
  • Support departmental budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Facilitate clear communication between departments and management to drive improvements
  • Assist with analysis and process improvement opportunities to enhance team functionality
  • Provide general office and administrative support as needed
     

Legal Administration

  • Assist the legal team with document preparation and administrative tasks
  • Organize and maintain legal case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and case deadlines
  • Manage data entry and reporting for legal matters


Team Collaboration & Professional Growth

  • Attend and actively contribute to staff meetings
  • Respond to client and team member requests in a knowledgeable, professional, and respectful manner
  • Complete all compliance training and stay current on company policies, procedures, and industry standards (including Australian Debt Collection Guidelines)
  • Build strong internal relationships and uphold company values
  • Provide support across the Francom Group brands (including the Panthera Finance Group) as needed

Qualifications

  • 2 years of proven experience in an administrative support role; legal administration experience a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
