💼 What you’ll do
As a Junior Functional Analyst, you will:

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs
- Document requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement

- Analyze existing processes and identify pain points
- Propose optimized solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
🔹 Translate needs into functional specifications
- Convert business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
🔹 Collaborate across teams
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers
- Ensure shared understanding and successful delivery
🔹 Support testing & validation
- Define test scenarios together with testing teams
- Validate delivered functionality against requirements
🔹 Support users & change
- Assist end users during implementations or enhancements
- Contribute to user training, documentation, and support
🔹 Drive continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

- You are graduating or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Business or Engineering
- Business, Civil, Industrial or Bioscience Engineering
- Or another relevant domain aligned with functional analysis
