Position Details
The Leasing Coordinator will be involved with the administrative process from end-to-end for wireless telecommunications site development, ensuring critical tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and according to internal processes. The Leasing Coordinator is expected to manage multiple aspects of a growing cell build program, including tracking outstanding due diligence and managing the lease administrative processes for tower development. The Leasing Coordinator must be able to create new processes and procedures while streamlining administrative tasks with little supervision. The Leasing Coordinator will also be involved in tracking and organizing documents and milestones needed to secure leases. In addition, the Leasing Coordinator will support our internal Site Development, Product, and Legal teams. The Leasing Coordinator will manage ongoing projects for the legal team and create or improve existing processes as needed. They will also assist the Finance team with regulatory filings and insurance or bond-related requests as needed.
Responsibilities
Will track and organize due diligence items for tower development.
Will manage administrative workflows for ground leasing, title coordination, and regulatory requirements.
Must effectively communicate regarding deliverables related to ground leases.
Responsible for initial lease drafts, coordinating the legal approval process, and maintain regular workflow updates.
Provides oversight of service ordering process for title, environmental, and regulatory.
Will assist the Legal and Site Development teams with tracking changes to lease language and negotiated terms.
Responsible for updating and storing documentation such as SCIPS, lease documents, forecast data, and backup documentation.
Will attend meetings to capture and record reporting updates.
Responsible for submitting ASR/FCC applications and construction completion notices.
Coordinate with finance on new vendor onboarding requests and vendor service authorizations.
Must be flexible in their ability to work on priority projects and must adapt quickly to changing initiatives.
Manage additional projects on behalf of the legal team as needed
Serve as liaison between legal team and sales, business, operations, and other internal and external teams on tower leasing projects
Manage minor redlines to tower ground leases with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Prior work experience as a telecommunications, regulatory, or project coordinator.
Experience with telecommunication Leasing, A&E, Environmental, Regulatory, Zoning and Permitting.
Ground lease negotiation experience and experience interpreting wireless telecommunications zoning ordinances and environmental requirements is a plus.
Experience with the full lifecycle macro tower entitlement.
Strong organizational, time management, administrative, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
FUZE, Site Tracker, Vista and PowerBI experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Products, Google Earth (FEMA maps, FCC/FAA websites, etc.)
Good communication across multiple teams
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
Detail oriented
Preference for individuals local to Portland
Preference for knowledge or prior experience in real estate or telecommunications industries

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:
