Job Description:

Principal Manufacturing Engineer positions offered by Hitachi Energy USA Inc., (Alamo, TN). Develop and apply processes and utilization of epoxy processing, casting, molding, and curing equipment to efficiently accomplish production of electrical bushings. Assist in the analysis of internal test failures and the analysis of external warranty issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of experience performing capital equipment project management. ​Also requires 5 years of experience: developing and applying electrical bushing processes and using manufacturing equipment; utilizing epoxy processing, casting, molding, and curing equipment; utilizing silicon extrusion and curing equipment; and implementing lean manufacturing processes. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience as stated, employer will accept 7 years of experience as stated. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
