We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Head – Vaccine.

Accountable to lead task force (Vaccine Business Managers) to meet area business objectives and establish GSK as the customer’s key partner and advisor. This will be enabled by coaching and developing the task force sales capability to leverage scientific knowledge, drive business performance and improve selling capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds a comprehensive knowledge of GSK corporate, business and brand strategies and encourages Vaccine Business Manager to leverage their knowledge to create greater customer value.
  • Builds Vaccine Business Manager capability to assess the area’s performance and develop a situation analysis which leads to the development of actionable insights to drive the performance of GSK Brands
  • Develops cross functional region business plans, based on insight, that inspire Vaccine Business Manager and drive alignment of objectives, strategies and tactics through the team
  • Drives effective implementation of business plans through regular performance tracking, taking corrective actions and uses feedback to fuel continuous improvement
  • Leads the region sales organisation to achieve performance objectives and through periods of change demonstrating winning leadership behaviours

Requirements for the role:

  • Hold bachelor degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same professional/leadership experience or 6+ years of experience of commercial functions
