Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or stages within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous adaptation to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives and deliver value throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with junior professionals to support their development and integration into project activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP Materials Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in integrating SAP MM with other enterprise resource planning modules and external systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM functionalities and workflows.
- Familiarity with SAP system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
