Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated All Source Analyst to support the production of critical intelligence pertaining to regional threat systems supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) mission. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other analysts to solve complex intelligence issues.

Job Duties

• Utilize appropriate tools to collect and analyze all source analysis from various sources to produce and disseminate relevant intelligence products
• Develop comprehensive intelligence reports highlighting key findings and actionable insights
• Utilize multi-INT tools to perform technical and in-depth data exploitation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence findings into operational planning and decision-making processes
• Participate in required government training and maintain security and compliance protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• All source research experience for technical intelligence

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to produce complex information from multiple sources
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills
