Summary:
As a Data Science Practitioner, a typical day involves developing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks that support strategic decision-making processes. This role requires designing innovative models that align with business objectives and continuously evaluating their effectiveness to ensure measurable value. The position demands active engagement in refining methodologies and delivering solutions that drive impactful outcomes across various organizational functions, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the project lifecycle. Includes extract actionable insights from complex data using statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling to support strategic decision-making, Python, Machine Learning Algorithms, Model Training/Deployment, Computer Vision, LLM, Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization, SQL, Cloud Platform (Azure), ML Ops.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning strategies to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying machine learning models tailored to complex business challenges.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
- Ability to interpret and communicate analytical results to diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools commonly used in machine learning workflows.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI and machine learning implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
