Job Summary:

At Graco, we are seeking a skilled Agile and Digital Program Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in driving the adoption of agile methodologies and overseeing the execution of digital programs that enhance our product offerings and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with Graco’s business goals. Manage program objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Agile Leadership: Champion agile practices within the organization. Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban across various teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Program Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they deliver value to the organization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Regularly communicate program status and escalate issues as necessary. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with program initiatives. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in program processes and outcomes. Encourage innovation and adapt strategies to meet changing business and technological landscapes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management, preferably in a digital or IT-focused role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing agile methodologies in a corporate setting.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certification.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Familiarity with digital transformation technologies and trends.
