About the Role

- Identify and groom potential talents on Compliance and Operations aspects
- Familiarization of daily operations of Macau Compliance function and the basic knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau Branch
- Contributes to Macau Compliance and Operations departments by providing comprehensive administrative supports to the departments in supporting a smooth running of daily Operations.

Internship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026

The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:


Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Compliance Department, you may be involved in

Compliance

  • Collaborate with Operations Department to perform administrative assignment for handle court case and general enquiries from Macau government bodies

  • Relevant correspondence preparation and follow up

  • Provide administrative support for the department’s record management function

  • Handle any ad hoc assignments to support team members of Macau Compliance department

Operations

  • Perform daily document scanning and keeping / filing

  • General correspondence preparation to Macau agency

  • Correspondence and documents distribution to Macau agency

  • Provide clerical support and perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

What you will need:

  • University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 major in Law, Finance or Business

  • Good team player, effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized and analytical thinking-driven

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • PC knowledge and Chinese input is a must.

  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
