ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES:
Z世代認知度80％を超えるオンラインショッピングモール「Qoo10」のアフィリエイトマーケティングポジションです。 
主な役割は、外部メディア、広告代理店やASPとの折衝、PDCAを回しながらKPIとなる指標(NBCAP・ROAS等)の最適化を行い、効率的に施策のスケール拡大を実行していきます。また既存媒体の運用にとどまらず、Qoo10と親和性の高いデジタルメディア・コンテンツとのアライアンス・タイアップ企画など、新しい付加価値創出のため、新規取引先の開拓・取引交渉なども一気通貫して行います。

The main job responsibilities include:

• アフィリエイト広告の運用全般（目標策定・戦略戦術策定・実行・効果測定）  
• デジタル領域でのプランニングリード、業界・メディア特性を理解した上での交渉業務 
• Qoo10と親和性の高いデジタルメディアとのアライアンス/タイアップ先の開拓～施策ローンチ 
• 既存媒体の運用・実績分析（経験に応じてアサイン） 
• エクセルを用いた実績データ集計、分析、PPTによる資料作成 
• その他外部取引先、メディア、内部関連部署とのリレーション構築等 

WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS: 

• 広告代理店や事業会社におけるデジタルマーケティング実務経験5年以上（社会人歴8年以上） 
• モール系/Beauty系EC、FMCG系商材取り扱い企業における経験（Beauty系EC経験は優遇） 
• モール系ECのコンサルティング(デジタルマーケティング領域)、メディア側での就業経験も可 
• データ分析（定量・定性）に基づき、戦略立案・プロモーション立案・投資対効果の分析経験

• 多様性・変動性のある環境下でも臨機応変な判断、行動ができ、且つ社内外TPOに応じたコミュニケーションが取れる方 
• 自ら課題意識、使命感を持って主体的に考え、行動できる方 
• 自ら成長やインパクトを作るための行動が出来るポジティブでセルフスターターな方 
• 論理的思考により、スピーディーにPDCAを回すことが出来る方 
• ビジネス英語初級程度のメールコミュニケーションが出来る方
