Clio is more than just a tech company–we are a global leader that is transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

As a Senior Marketing Events Manager, you will create and lead the execution of the plan to drive registrations, attendees, and achieve ticket revenue targets for the Clio Cloud Conference, the best conference in legal. You’ll work as part of the ClioCon core team to contribute to the conference’s vision, execution, and our attendees' experience. You will work closely with the Marketing team and internal customer-facing teams to map out and execute the plan to hit our registration numbers and ticket revenue targets.

The Affinity team has a diverse portfolio: managing bar partnerships, live events, monthly meetups, Clio’s CLE webinars, and marketing the Clio Cloud Conference.
You love bringing order to chaos and keeping many tasks on track. You’re excited about the world of events, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to see real-world results from the projects you help drive. You are an exceptional communicator and work well within a team. You openly give and receive feedback, and want to grow in your role and with the company.

Manage multiple projects and priorities at once, with the capacity to execute against the current year’s conference while also looking ahead and executing against future years;
Solicit and aggregate market intelligence, as well as feedback from conference attendees and key stakeholders, to incorporate into a strategy and plan around how we improve the conference experience year over year;

Working with internal stakeholders to maximize attendee experience at the conference, including crafting the conference agenda, attracting industry speakers and topics, sourcing keynote speakers, and ensuring that our conference theme and company goals are woven into the overall attendee experience;
Engage in team and company-based initiatives and discussions; understand how to intertwine, influence, and provide value adds to other areas of the business through your expertise and work;
