About the Role

• To ensure that “Business Quality” is a core component of Sales Distribution all aspects of business conduct and strongly manifest in their execution is the AIA’s Operating Philosophy of “Doing the right thing, in the right way with the right people and the right results will come.”
• To ensure adherence to established company rules and regulatory guidelines by implementing the disciplinary process within PD Sales Channels

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate escalation or complaint endorsement.

  • Coordinate with Central Investigation Unit (CID) on the result of case investigation to facilitate closure of cases.

  • Review and approve the documentations (minutes of the meeting, recordings, transcriptions) of administrative hearing for all sales channel cases handled by BQ Arbitration

  • Facilitate administrative hearing and serving of NOD for all sales channel cases.

  • Review Investigation Report (IR) and Prepare the Notice of Decision Summary (NOD)

  • Communicate and coordinate with sales leaders on the schedule of admin hearings, sign off of NOD issuance and filing of IC Negative List

  • Prepare summary report of all pending and close cases on weekly and monthly basis.

  • Manage the timeliness and correctness of all cases facilitated for sales channels.

  • Administrate end-to-end handling of Case Registry (from filing of complain, consequence management to resolution)

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University/College graduate preferably major in communication, legal management, or related law studies with 2 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of bancassurance structure and insurance business environment is an advantage.

  • Strong computer skills preferably with systems related to reports and analytics.

  • Background in Compliance, Investigation, Arbitration or employee relation, Labor Law

  • Good interpersonal communication skills
