YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

You will own a portfolio of Mid-market and a few Enterprise clients, and you will be responsible for developing this portfolio through client retention, upselling and cross-selling our B2B solutions.
You will build a strong relationship with your top customers and engage with clients across the entire national territory. 

Additionally, you will create operational rhythm, establish and track KPIs, analyse business growth, market trends and other key metrics to drive new business opportunities within existing clients and ensure resolution of business challenges.

You also will work closely with Product, Sales Ops, Customer Support, Legal, Sales Managers and other cross functional stakeholders to further develop our customers. You serve as the primary FREENOW point of contact for all internal questions, escalations and service improvements regarding Mid-market in your region.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • 2-3 years relevant professional experience in a fast paced environment, ideally with Mid-Market Accounts, for example as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Customer Support Manager or Strategic Partnerships Manager
  • Strong analytical skills to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects
  • Ability to develop a strategy and communicate it clearly 
  • Ability to effectively influence top leaders internally and within the industry
  • Ability to prioritise with effective time management in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and enjoy working with different tools and people
  • Local knowledge - you must have solid commercial experience in Poland
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in Polish and English. German or other language is a plus
