What You'll Do

• Manage Project Deliveries: Coordinate the development of features from inception to approval, liaising with collaborators throughout the process.
• Progress Tracking: Track and report on project achievements, risks, issues, and burndowns using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Performance Measurement: Use tools to measure project performance and provide estimates for new developments.
• Collaborator Management: Identify and manage dependencies, communicate progress, and manage collaborator expectations.
• Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate meetings with global teams and collaborators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Reporting: Maintain data accuracy, update project status, and publish regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement activities, participate in developing PMO tools, and support teams during change management processes.
• Governance: Ensure projects follow the established framework and communicate governance standards to collaborators.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of project management experience, preferably with experience in the gaming industry.
• Qualifications: A degree in software engineering or project management, or equivalent experience, with certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile, or PMP being beneficial.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively within a group setting.
• Proficiencies: Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, capacity to manage projects spanning multiple regions, and robust consulting, analytical, and problem-solving talents.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smart Sheet, MS Project, PowerBI, JIRA, TFS, and Tempo.
• Agile Knowledge: Understanding of the Agile framework and the capability to perform well under pressure on high-visibility projects.
