Customer Support
The Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day processes of the Software Support Center, including but not limited to queue management, queue call coverage, and responding to emails, live chat, troubleshooting, and other escalated Client issues.
Professional Services
The Professional Services Representative / Specialist will work within a fast-paced, service-oriented, and results-driven environment. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is action-oriented, one who has worked on implementations and integrations, delivered training and will collaborate with colleagues in all areas of our business including software development, professional services, customer support, sales, and finance to help ensure our Clients’ needs are being fulfilled.
