Job Summary
ZOLL Medical is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Inside Sales & Sales Development to lead our Public Safety Inside Sales and SDR teams. This position plays a critical role in generating qualified opportunities, scaling pipeline growth, and supporting adoption of Rescue Ready® Services through distributor-focused sales execution.
The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a passion for coaching high-performing teams, optimizing lead-to-opportunity processes, and driving alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This leader will own inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting strategies while overseeing tools, metrics, and programs to improve conversion and revenue performance.
This role reports to the Group Vice President NA Distribution and collaborates closely with the Vice President of Field Sales, Global Director of Strategic Accounts, Senior Director of Alternate Care and cross-functional partners across North America Public Safety and Alternate Care.
