This position offers the opportunity to drive financial insights, ensure compliance, and support strategic objectives for our commercial business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, working capital, and cash flow, with clear commentary.
• Collaborate on month-end financial reviews, managing operational excellence, risk registers, and external partner coordination. Perform variance analysis to ensure alignment with growth plans on balance sheets, operating expenses, margins, and profitability.
• Ability to lead a team of individuals to deliver on common objectives 
• Ensure compliance with internal/external controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting audits and statutory reporting.
• Execute and control budget trackers for commercial business areas and actively participate in review meetings with budget owners.
• Drive process optimization, leverage digital tools, and address financial system challenges while providing strategic insights in business review meetings.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with the following characteristics to achieve success:

• A university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Finance Controller, Finance Controller, or Planning & Forecasting professional.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and working with ERP systems such as Bison, VISTA, AO, and SAP.
• Strong expertise in local and regional accounting principles and their application to financial statements.
• Exceptional ability to influence others, implement solutions, and lead teams to achieve objectives.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
