Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize our data center technology components. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data center technology components. - Assist in building and configuring infrastructure components, ensuring their proper functioning. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data center technology components. - Implement solutions to optimize the performance and reliability of infrastructure components. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in infrastructure engineering. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solarwinds Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dynatrace Administration. - Strong understanding of network monitoring and management using Solarwinds. - Experience in configuring and maintaining Solarwinds infrastructure. - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as SNMP, ICMP, TCP/IP. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and their monitoring requirements. - Ability to analyze and interpret network performance data. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Solarwinds Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science is required.
