YOUR CHALLENGES (after proper training and support):

• Internal procedures, working instructions and all production documentation preparation

• 2D/3D drawings preparation

• To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN

• To work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments

• To support production technician ( training, analysis, problem solving)

• To be in contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)

• To participate to APU QRQC 

• Ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group

• Maintain the 5S and report issues 

• Alert for safety rules infringement 

• Knowledge on quality tools ( capabilities, statistics, DOE)

• PFMEA construction experience

• Fluent Czech

• Communicative English
