Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an adept Angular Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that deliver engaging user experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating responsive, high-performance interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously enhancing application performance in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in enabling our organization to deliver innovative digital solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
Software Requirements
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Angular framework (v8+ preferred), including component-based architecture and Angular CLI
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience working with version control systems, specifically Git
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services
Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack and task runners like Gulp or npm scripts
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of UI component libraries such as Angular Material or Bootstrap
Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor
Familiarity with responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
Overall Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and optimize responsive web applications using Angular, ensuring high usability and performance
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to implement features that meet business needs
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following established best practices and development standards
Conduct code reviews to enforce quality standards and improve team coding skills
Troubleshoot UI bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser compatibility problems
Integrate APIs and third-party services to support application functionalities
Stay updated on the latest Angular features and industry best practices, recommending improvements for current applications
Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical discussions to ensure timely delivery of features

Industry experience in finance, retail, or enterprise solutions is desirable; relevant project experience is acceptable
Day-to-Day Activities
Design, develop, and maintain Angular applications with high usability and performance standards
Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX teams, and back-end developers to shape product features
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and documentation to uphold quality practices
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize code efficiency, and manage bug resolution
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within Agile frameworks
Keep abreast of new Angular features, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into projects
Ensure application responsiveness, security, and cross-browser compatibility
Support continuous deployment and automation efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in Angular front-end development for enterprise applications
Relevant certifications (Angular Developer Certification, if applicable) are a plus
