About The Role
A Personal Lines Sales Producer is responsible for promoting and executing on the sale of new business, providing and being a source of insurance expertise to customers and assisting in the growth and profitability of the team. Warm leads are generated for you through inbound digital sources, referrals, or established partnerships. Sales Producers are equipped with training on sales lifecycle management, technology (Salesforce, Epic), insurance carrier policies, etc. You will be part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced, customer and sales centric environment here at Acrisure Digital.
What You’ll Do As An Insurance Sales Agent:
Build rapport and trust with potential customers from initial phone call.
Collect information from potential customers to determine comprehensive insurance needs and attempt to close the sale using the value of not only price, but of product and services as well.
Quote & advise potential customer on best products and services to minimize risk.
Close sale of personal lines property and casualty insurance products upon completion of quoting process.
Cross-sell lines of coverage.
Issue policy with appropriate carrier and follow up on any potential trailing documents. required by carrier.
Collaborate with the Account Management/Service team to meet customer needs.
Continuously develop new product and carrier knowledge.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
Currently P&C licensed or ability to be licensed to market and bind coverage within 60 days.
Personal lines insurance sales experience, preferred.
College degree or equivalent work experience, required.
Strong sales acumen and willingness to adopt adjustments in sales processes.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals (phone or in-person).
Excellent moral and ethical integrity.
Ability to self-motivate.
Proficient in MS Office applications, required. Experience with AMS or CRM software, preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Can manage multi customer related activities simultaneously.
Motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
