RSM is seeking a Manager in Healthcare sector for Deal Analytics team within our Transaction Advisory Services. The manager will execute and deliver our business analytics offerings to our middle-market clients. The candidate is also expected to contribute into enhancing existing digital assets and developing new commercially oriented ones. We work with corporate and private equity clients on complex investment decisions that involve strong analysis, extensive data modeling, and advanced data analytics. Our Deal Analytics team delivers sector focused analytics that is targeted to challenge investment hypothesis, answer key deal questions on buy-sides and substantiate equity story on sell-sides. 

You will leverage your strong data and business analytics skills to enable our clients to execute their transactions while maximizing the deal value; this will ensure effective financial and operational decisions in a dynamic data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply commercial expertise in Healthcare with deeper business analytics solutions across all phases of the engagement lifecycle

  • Work closely with the client and/or target company to perform sector focused analytics

  • Gather data, understand client’s key deal questions and issues, and formulate pragmatic solutions to answer those questions and address deal issues

  • Maximize revenue and growth opportunities; devise go-to-market strategy through advanced analytics

  • Manage expectation of key stakeholders and ensure they are informed of progress and expected outcomes

  • Demonstrate strong quality execution and delivery

  • Provide technical leadership to the analytics team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of work in analytics or accounting / finance, or combination of one from the left and computer science

  • Experience in Healthcare sector is required

  • Data analytics skills or strong data analytics aptitude

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Experience in leading teams on projects

  • Strong project management, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working on live deals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analytics tools such as:

    • ETL tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx)

    • BI Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $103,300 - $207,400

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
